Lili Reinhart, who charmed us all as Betty Cooper, gave us a little insight into what she’s planning after Riverdale.
She’s currently in full swing, developing a groundbreaking LGBTQ+-themed play that promises to revolutionize the genre.
Committed and bold, Lili Reinhart is dedicated to creating projects that shine a light on LGBTQ+ diversity. Her play currently in development promises to bring a breath of fresh air to the industry, exploring stories and themes often overlooked by mainstream media.
But Lili doesn’t stop there. She has expressed her desire to produce projects that go beyond white characters and celebrate diversity. She wants to tell varied, multidimensional stories, even if this means she’s not necessarily in the spotlight.
This commitment testifies to its determination to use its platform to promote inclusion and representation in the entertainment industry.
Lili Reinhart has also joined the short film project « Invincible », directed by Vincent René-Lortie, as executive producer.
This 29-minute mini-film, which explores crucial themes such as mental health and self-destruction, is produced under the banner of Small Victory Productions, a company founded by Reinhart and his production partner Catherine Hagedorn.
Inspired by a true story, the short film « Invincible» follows the last 48 hours of Marc, a 14-year-old fighting for his freedom. This poignant tale highlights the challenges of youth mental health, offering a much-needed and timely perspective.
With « Invincible », they aim to raise awareness of mental health issues, particularly among young people.
